We are Pink Fish Systems (Pty) Ltd (Registration number (2018/433546/07), also known as Pink Fish Systems, and this is our plan of action for the protection of your personal information. This policy applies to you when you visit our website, use our application, or order our goods or services as a customer.

usage information (including your operating system version and other relevant system information) through

your first name, surname, email address, organisation name, and optionally: your organisation description,
organisation email address, organisation contact number, and your mobile number) when you register on or
information through our website or application for the first time.
5.4 Through an order. We ask you to provide us certain goods or services information when you order our goods or
services.
5.5 Voluntarily. We may ask you to provide us certain optional information on a voluntary basis.
5.6 Consent to collection. We will get your consent to collect your personal information in accordance with applicable

8. Specific rights granted by law
8.1 California privacy rights. If you are a resident of California, you may request and obtain from us, once a year and
free of charge, information about the categories of personal information we may have disclosed to any third
parties for direct marketing and the names and addresses of all the third parties with whom we have shared
your personal information with within the previous calendar year.
8.2 Format of the request. If you wish to enforce your rights under the previous sub-heading, you need to submit
your request to us by email at support@snapcap.co.za.
8.3 California privacy rights if you are under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, you have the right to
to request removal of any unwanted data you publicly post on our website. To request removal, you must
send a request to us by email and include the following in your request:
- your email address associated with your account; and
- a statement that you reside in California
Once we receive the request, we will ensure that the unwanted data is not publicly displayed on the website.
While we endeavor to completely remove the data from our systems, we cannot guarantee that we will remove
all the data on our systems.
9. Storage
9.1 Access. You may ask us to provide you with a description of the personal information that we hold on you,
correct or update it or delete it (provided that we do not need it to fulfil our obligations to you or applicable

We may charge a fee to recoup our costs associated with this request if there is a cost to us associated with
it and provided that applicable law allows us to do so. Please contact us with your name and any other
information needed to identify you correctly if you want access to information or want us to correct, update or delete it.
9.2 Accuracy. We will do our best to keep your personal information that we collect accurate, complete, and up to
date.
9.3 Participation. We may ask you to update your personal information from time to time, but will take steps to
verify your identity to prevent unauthorised access when doing so.
9.4 Retention. We will only keep your personal information for as long as is necessary to fulfil our obligations to
you, unless you have given us permission to keep it longer or we are otherwise legally allowed to do so.
9.5 Transfer. We may transfer your personal information outside of the country in which it was collected to a
foreign country. You consent to us processing your personal information in a foreign country with less
stringent data protection laws than the country in which it was collected.
